It is close to the train and bus station and walkable. The hotel is in a residential building and I had to ask around before I got to the place. As for the room, it was very simple, a bed and a refrigerator under a small table that doubled as a nightstand. The shower in the bathroom is connected to a small water heater, so hot water ran out on me twice while showering. It will also get the toilet wet. Their is a microwave and drinking water in the common area. They do allow you to check out late if you pay. Luggage storage cost money.

The location is good. Close to MTR D2 exit of Tsim sha tsui except the hygiene of the room..it is pest infested. . Cockroaches wondering in the room and bed bug on towel.

The room was really really small Bathroom was really small too. Shower was in the toilet. No separate cubicle for shower. TV wasn't working. No storage areas for your stuff / belongings. But very good location . Next to Tsim Sha Tsui and next to East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. One double bed in there and there is no more room to walk around. Hard to find location. In that block , there are too many differently owed guest houses on different levels. So finding the right guest house is a challenge . And you definitely have to ask around to find the place. Real disappointed !! ☹️☹️☹️

The room we stayed in is very compact, it’s not too bad for a budget room overall clean with mineral water and hot water for tea or coffee no cups are supplied, sometimes the towels that were supplied was well used and worn, the air conditioning unit was noisy.

It’s not a very nice place but if you get it at a good price it can be a good value. The building is pretty shocking, it feels like a tenement house. But, that’s what you get at this price level in Hong Kong. There was always a wait for the elevator to go up to my room. Once inside the room, it’s not really so bad. It’s not attractive but it did seem clean. The room was too small to open my suitcase anywhere except on top of the bed, so I had to close it and move it back to the floor when I wanted to go out. Although it was a non-smoking room, sometimes smoke would come in through the bathroom vent or door to my room if someone else was smoking. The bed was ok if a little hard.

I checked in at 4:15am in the morning (my flight delayed 8 hours) and the staff helped me through quickly with a smile. It's a small room as I expected BUT you get free WiFi, a phone for local calls, private bathroom, a safe with your own combination setting, TV, a small fridge, cup, toothbrush, toothpaste. The location is very convenient for metro, bus, taxi and fairly, as well as a bus to the airport. I love it.

Good place - great to get 1531 again- stayed there two years ago - requested the room again, Thanks, however look at a cheaper rate to store Customer luggage - will prove to be a better business model than currently $200 HKD - perhaps 200HKD a week..

Accessible to anywhere you want to go in hong kong
Check in/out was quick. MTR access just a few steps out from bldg, very near pick-up and drop off point from airport express shuttle, a21 airport bus stop just across the street, other bus stops nearby, and walking distance to star ferry tst and china ferry terminal (through kowloon park) if you want to go to macau. If you are only needing a hotel in HK to sleep and shower since you'll be out and about in HK the whole day and maybe well into the evening, then this hotel will certainly be comfortable enough without burning a hole in you pocket. Will stay in here if and when I get a chance to return to HK.

Excellent location! Excellent staff! Very small room, no wardrobe at all but clean and cosy. Take your own pillows because they are pretty small there. No AC but there is a fan on the ceiling.

I booked the room for a number of nights two months ago at a very good rate. When I shown up at 8 pm they said there is no room and would give me a refund. All guesthouse rooms are are sold out and I said a refund won't do.as I would have to pay a lot more for a hotel room somewhere else and I am on a limited travel budget. I refused to leave and would sleep in the tiny lobby. Eventually they gave me a room with no window which I was suppose to get according to the ad on Expedia. They would have to kick someone out who don't speak English out instead of me. Therefore I do not recommend this place if you don't want to run the risk of not having a room when you show up.

Nice proprietors but I was given an access key and a room key and neither worked. They fixed it and replaced the lock. The room was pretty nice for a small cheap room, but there was some mold on the caulking on the sink.

An wonderful location
16th floor of the Mirador mansion building: a room without window, about 8 sq. m. incl. the bath and toilet, rather narrow. However, it is absolutely clean and all necessary facilities are available: Wifi, hot water, air condition, cold and hot mineral water, a safe, TV (3 channels in Chinese). The surrounding of the room in the 16th floor is rather misery. The location is in the centre of Hong Kong,very close to the ferry for the island of Hong Kong.

On the 15th Floor of Mirador Mansion.
I booked a double room with a view just for myself at Hong Kong Premium Guest House, but when I arrived I was given a very small single room without a view. It was clearly a single room because there was only one cup for guest use. The manager told me that if I had wanted a room with a view that should have specially requested one prior to arriving, but with further discussion he ascertained that one would be available the next day. The next day I moved to a larger double room (supplied with two guest cups) with a very nice view of Nathan Road. The room was fine and had a double bed adequate for two people and was clean and very well maintained. In the hallway was purified drinking water, hot water for coffee and a microwave. There was regular cleaning available but not on a daily basis. There were no bugs or problems of any kind. Everything worked fine.
