"Good hotel"

"Fairly small hotel close to a railway station with two trains an hour to Krakow and the airport, very close to the salt mine visitor attraction. Excellent cafe / restaurant with good variety on menu and good prices. Traditional spacious room. Lovely little swimming pool with sauna / steam room / salt room."

"Fine stay and close to all the places I wanted to visit. Only issue was minor that reception desk was closed recently and I had to go to another property to check in. But all turned out fine."

"I arrived 5 minutes after the staffed check-in time of 5pm, but I don't think it'd matter, I didn't see anyone at their reception my entire stay. If you're unlucky enough to miss reception, like I was, you'll need to call to a local Krakow number to get instructions over the phone. I'm not sure how this would work if you don't speak either Polish or English. The street it is on has a fair bit of noise, their phone lines are terrible, and it is incredibly difficult to hear/understand their...
