Its location is fantastic, walking distance from food, entertainment and public transport. It does take some time if coming from the airport. It is very nationalistic, and my air-con just blew the air around without cooling it much.

The picture they use in their advertisement must be from the first day they opened thirty years ago? The place was dirty and shabby and worn out and due to the late hour of our arrival we decided we would stay and get an upgrade in the morning, also it was Christmas and all the other hotels were at maximum capacity and charging double rates due to the holiday. We were given a closet sized room that stunk of mold and the elevator was right next to the room. After going out in the morning and finding that every hotel was booked and there were still bus loads of people coming and going we realized we were screwed unless we wanted to pay double or triple our expected budget. We asked this hotel for an upgrade and were told that "due to the holiday" yadda yadda yadda, that it would be difficult but after a little negotiation a number was agreed to and we paid and additional amount of 45 ringlet? for the two days stay. We were shown a room with an actual window, You know like the picture in the add but only thirty years older? It was bigger and had a window was the only thing I can say was an improvement as there was an airplane turbo fan outside the window that roared 24/7. We stayed only because trying to find another room elsewhere would have cost us double or triple our budgeted stay. To say it was a good stay in KL would be an exaggeration. To be honest I have done a lot of traveling and have NEVER had such a bad experience in my 65 years. I will never go to KL again.
Very convenient location. Takes 0 minute from the Sunway Pyramid. Mini mart on the ground floor. Many restaurants around. Friendly staffs. Value for money.

Cleanliness is a big issue and housekeeping is zero even for 3 nights stay. Must inform for cleaning which is understandable but not always have personnel at counter to informed.
Early check in is chargeable even with multiple rooms available, with such rate, we should have more service.
Free breakfast is unclear reason and has to resort to settle on own.
At night, air con off by itself as well as tap start run full blast with no reasons at all. Room was not clean with bad odour and felt breathless and paralysed during sleeping due to supernatural reason. Overall an extremely horrifying stay and will not return again due to the supernatural reasons and cleanliness.
