"櫃台只有早上11點到晚上7點才有服務人員，訂了有早餐的房型，早上到餐廳完全沒人。退房時，還要等到服務人員來上班才找得到人，尋問了櫃台人員，我訂房是有預定早餐的，為什麼餐廳沒早餐？服務人員很不耐煩的回答說，我們是沒早餐的，如果有問題請你自己問Hotels.com 。快三千台幣一晚的價格，這樣的房間和服務完全不值得"

"Love the pool and the close proximity to the Lake Garden. Having the ironing board in the room is so helpful. The hotel looks tired inside and out. However, it is comfortable and reasonably clean. Will consider it again in the future."

Cosy home but more improvement needed
"The house itself was comfortable and nicely furnished. Bedsheets were clean and towels provided. Check in was easy and communication with owner was good.
