The staff and so friendly and housekeeping are excellent. The food at the resturants is delicious and fast to be served even on a busy night. Its close to Beachwalk and other stores and the convienence of a supermarket all on your doorstep. I worked my way through the cocktail menu poolside and enjoyed them all, I wouldnt stay anywhere else...I,love walking through the grounds at night, beautifully lit, safe and quite. This hotel really is a hidden gem in the heart if Kuta.

The hotel was not clean at all! Showers had mould and had several insects in the room including a cockroach in the shower. Although the place wasn’t the nicest stay the staff went above and beyond. They even gave my partner a cute birthday cake during the evening. Other than that you get what you paid for I guess.
