The hotel was full and I got the last room. If someone came before me they would have given the room to that person leaving me with no room. They should at least call people who have reservations if rooms are full. They also would not give any discount when I checked out a day early, charged the full price and said they cannot help much since it’s third party booking.

The restaurant staff were amazing. The view and pool was spectacular. We had issue with parking card not working we have to constantly call for someone to open the gate. Bathroom sink was not properly cleaned during our arrival , there was some hair and stains, we have to sanitize and clean it ourselves.

Upon booking, I called and inquired about any possible extra amenities for our wedding night stay to create a more romantic ambiance. After speaking with their telephone representative, I felt rushed off the phone and was told all the information needed would be emailed to me which it never was. The night of our stay, there was no body body wash or showering soap, when trying to call down to the front desk multiple times there was no answer. Lastly, when we laid down in our bed for the first time, we found a gigantic bee right above our headboard. Needless to say, we were very very disappointed in the service and the state of the room.
