"Booked a studio apartment last minute for 3 nights. Smart hotel, good security. Very friendly staff. Lovely pools as well as an indoor pool. Comfortable outdoor area. Spacious well equipped room, we did end up in a disabled room despite full fitness! We loved it.
"The location was slightly out of town and away from the cafes and bars but still with a sea view, which suited us perfectly, and yet it was only a few minutes walk to get down to the beach and town centre. Parking was easy and secure. We sat outside on the patio with its neat garden border. Inside the cool tiled floors were cool and clean but for us (in March) the temperature was still a bit too cool in the evenings, although a heater was available to hire at a small additional cost. The kitchen was fine for a holiday with plenty of vintage pans and an assortment of cutlery, though it lacked a few basics like salt, pepper, oil, bin liners which would have been nice to have. There was plenty of very hot water! We really enjoyed the board-walk, also walking the cliff paths to Benagli to the east and Ferragudo to the west. We explored bits of Portomao, Faro and Salves. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment."
