“Started with an incorrect access code, and no telephone connection in the hallway to contact the manager, Dollar Store Towels that were like Sandpaper, We booked for 4 people and only 3 Chairs were in the Dining Area or anywhere else, Directions were all over the place like a go find me game, This is not our first VRBO reservation so we are not amateurs as to what to expect, The place has the potential of being a 5 star rated VRBO but owners should have to live there for a week and experience……

“This property was perfect for myself and my children it was clean it was about 10 to 15 minutes to get to the beach which we enjoyed walking to every day. All amenities were close by. The apartment has everything you need. I don't think I contacted the host once, it just wasn't necessary. So if you are looking for a safe clean practically situated Condo this is perfect. 👌🏼 Thank you”

“Overall, very good experience. Suite was very clean and well kept. It had high end appliances, and comfortable furniture. We could not get the thermostat to work, and the suite had poor air circulation, even with the windows open. It got very warm trying to sleep at night. We had trouble getting the garage door for the parking garage open, and had to rely on other residents that pulled up behind us to open the door. We also had trouble finding our way to the suite from the parking garage, as……

“I wrestled with whether to leave a review or not because, although our experience at this VRBO rental was very disappointing, I don't like tearing down well-intentioned people. I hope this review serves as a counter to the impression created by the high rental price, nice pictures, and decent rating score. To summarize the issues with the rental: 1) Cleanliness, 2) Poor Maintainance, and 3) Unresponsiveness/lack of communication. Our stay was for 4 nights, and our family was eager to settle……

However, pictures showed a jetted tub, larger suite, and rear facing patio (which we later learned were for the larger suite next door also owned by the owners who were fabulous.)
