"Room was just fine, had all the conveniences i look for - coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Food nearby. Room was clean. Hotel was much better than i thought it would be after seeing some reviews. I thought it was pretty nice and i am picky. Though i forget to tell them the hairdryer didn't work."

"Great hotel with friendly staff in a great location! My family enjoyed the breakfast options, it was well stocked and a variety of options. The hotel was within walking distance of Main Street St. Charles and an easy drive into St. Louis. Rooms were clean and my kids loved the indoor pool. Our only small complaint was that the WiFi in our room did not work well and we didn’t have great cell service but the WiFi worked fine in the lobby and breakfast area, so not a huge issue but might be if working remote during your stay. Would definitely return here!"

"I liked the cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff. I didn’t like the lack of available parking in close proximity of the entrance to the hotel. I arrived late at night, and felt uncomfortable walking the distance I had to park. It was also disconcerting to see a large truck park perpendicular, taking up 4 parking spaces, rather than park in the remote area I had to park in."
