Loved the location, so convenient to all the water sports and restaurants!! The hotel staff were all amazing and very helpful. Armando from engineering helped swap out our refrigerator that was not working for and did everything to make our stay comfortable!!

We have been staying here for years. This summer I planned for my entire family to stay, some who came from out of state. We purposely picked here because of the courtyard, bbq’s and heated pool. 4 of the 5 kids are 5 or younger and we wanted these amenities for them. Upon check in found out the courtyard and grills were not available as they started planned construction. The pool heater had also been down over a week and still was after the week we stayed. Extremely disappointed. A property this size that charged this much should at the very least bring in a temporary heat pump for the pool. A email about the courtyard and grills would have been nice so we didn't buy and pack lots of food to grill. 3 different staff members said they didn't know about the grills. The vip office said they would call me when they were out again for use but they never did. Finally after a couple nights we saw one of the grills out and were able to use it. Ever since this place became the Hilton I feel like its worse not better. Although we are not time share members we do stay multiple times a year. Will find some where else for next time with the little kids. Also Im okay with no daily housekeeping but would be nice if they would at least do a trash pick up once a day or every other especially when a family of 6 is staying in the two room suites.
