For locals and out of towners desiring to spoil themselves on $18 6-ounce pours of subpar chardonnay, I'd like to have the pool chairs and side tables cleaned - they had stains and just were not bussed on time. The day pass for the spa was $50 - the steam room was not working, the sauna was not over 100 degrees and the fountain inside the women's area was not working as well. Short of staff, we were looked over for about 20 minutes by the pool girls working, yet a woman that looked different than us was helped immediately. We did make a stink and got helped then, but why do we feel it's a favor to cater to us when we are guests? The vineyard stroll and rest of grounds were delightful, the desk front staff super helpful. Wifi was not good.
