The room was beautiful however, there was no possibility (according to the front desk) to ask for a higher floor room since we rented a private residence and the room was assigned already. It would have been nice to know that. There was also one roll of TP so we had to call for more. The remote control was also missing from the room. It took them all day to bring a replacement and only to find out it wasn’t syncing with the TV so that was another call and more time to get someone to come out and fix it. Also, we were on the 7th floor, but every time I called the front desk, they thought I was on the 27th floor, which was most likely the confusion of why things took a while and multiple calls to get TP and remote control. Eventually us and the front desk realized this. My parents stayed at the actual hotel (same days as us) and they had a much better experience. But to go back to the positives, the room is beautiful and very spacious. It was great to have a bathtub and the bed was amazingly comfortable. They will bring you a robe and slippers upon request. Air conditioning works like a charm which is great for the dessert heat. The staff is incredible and very helpful.

Clean rooms and great pool. Only valet parking available didn’t know it was free for us until I reached the hotel lobby. It would be nice if that was clearly mentioned other than that had a great experience staying here as a family with a toddler
