One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! The staff was amazing, every recommendation they made from restaurants to shopping was spot on. Just excellent customer service. Comfortable beds and pillows. Super clean rooms. And You’re right in the middle of everything, and you could easily walk to multiple points of interest. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The Be Poet was really convenient for the event we were attending, and quiet despite being on a busy street. The staff were all friendly and kind. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit, excellent cheese and really tasty cooked food. I would happily go back there.

Such a lovely hotel, staff contacted us the day before to confirm arrival time and they were expecting us when we arrived. Staff were so welcoming and happy to help for the entire stay. We were greeted with a Portuguese wine on arrival which felt very special. Room was clean and good facilities, situated on a busy, loud street but the windows blocked out all noise so room itself was nice and quiet. Great location for everything you’d need & loads of restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Lisbon in the future! Thank you for a great start to our travels
