The staff were excellent at the hotel, going the extra mile (including providing a breakfast box for our early morning flight). The breakfast was excellent and the location was great. The only downside is that our room was a bit noisy at night as it faced one of the pedestrian walkways.

Great stay in Lisbon. Hotel was great,clean,staff were friendly, breakfast buffet had a good selection. Hotel is central to plenty places to eat,drink,shop,relax and people watch. Would recommend and stay again.

the hotel is located in the center of the most interesting part of Lisbon and the front desk staff is terrific. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed I recommended the hotel already to friends who are visiting Lisbon in fall. Also the front desk staff was very helpful in sending a package we left behind to our address in the US
