"Very friendly and efficient check in. Bellhop brought up our bags right away . Convenient location but traffic in the area at rush hour is significant. If you want to shop at the designer stores, this is perfect Great continental breakfast. We had a suite which was more spacious than I had thought it would be"

If you plan to stay here, you will need to be comfortable with the peacock noises in the early morning and sometimes during the night. It didn’t bother me at all since I had a white noise machine, but I did hear another guest complain about it. Overall, a beautiful place and I would stay here again. "

"Located in the Baixa, centrally located, so easy to get anyplace in the city, either walking, metro or Uber. We had dinner there with a Fado show one evening and it was surprising good, usually not a fan of hotel food but this was worth it and good, and the Fado singer was excellent!"

"Our three nights at Olissippo Castelo were fabulous. Even the standard room has a lovely view of two miradouras, one with a beautiful church. You can’t beat the location near the Costelo and at the border of the Alfama with quick access downstairs to either Graca or . The breakfasts were delicious, and the staff was most accommodating.
