「Great 」

「First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped...

「Very pleasant staff. We rented three rooms, which at first glance had a cool anesthetic/theatrical feel (silver super graphics on the walks and a fun/quirky decor). But the closer you looked the more problems there were - some more problematic than others. A few examples include missing bathroom doors, broken off and missing soap dispensers at the sink, Q-tip from previous occupant on the floor.
