We paid quite a bit more to reserve a Deluxe room but what we were given at first looked much more like a regular room. We complained immediately and get Expedia involved and the next day were given a very satisfactory room for the remainder of our trip.

Very dated property. Room was very noisy as the windows provided no sound proofing. Breakfast was a shambles. Not enough staff. Bathroom floor tiles broken. TV would intermittently stop working. Window in bar smashed.

The property overall is very good. Great location - the Cavern Club is a 2 min walk, shopping minutes away Albert Dock less than 10 min. The morning Breakfest is perfect. The room and common area’s were also all very clean. We would recommend the the hotel

This hotel is loaded with Beatles memorabilia and steps away from Matthew Street where Cavern Club is located- a not to miss for Beatles fan. I couldn’t ask for a better location for a hotel.
