“Excellent service especially in helping us find taxis at critical times. Good rooms. But inconvenient location- should not be categorized as a Bellagio hotel when it is 30 min walk away. Transportation quite inconvenient, had to wait for 30-120 minutes to get on to a bus to Como. Also no help in getting luggage up to 3rd floor, it was very difficult to operate without elevator. Taxis very expensive. We should have selected a Bellagio hotel. ”

“Fantastic hotel, from the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly helpful staff. The reception area was pristine. We had arrived late in the evening but check in was fast. There is a lift in the building to all the floors. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic with hot and cold food, breakfast was from 7 am to 10 am so no need to rush. “The location is perfect, right on Lake Como with a private beach. The room is good, bathroom a bit small but convenient. Nice balcony above the water. Because there is no restaurant at the hotel it would be handy to install a mini fridge and a coffee/tea maker. In the nearest village is a supermarket, MD, and everything is very cheap. To the other side is a great restaurant, Onnolulu.”

Better than ok but no as good as imagined
"The hotel is about 5 minutes waks from Milano Centrale Station. The surrounding areas are quiet, and yet there are some restaurants nearby - from pizza, pasta to cafe and ramen. The room is clean and tidy, but only have a shower. We're a family of three, the extra sofa bed is big. There is a dining table in the room, which is good. However, there was only one chair! We needed to ask the frontdesk for an extra chair. Also, the chair is all wood and not very comfy to sit on. We noticed that the table had not been cleaned daily. Breakfast is quite nice and range is good."
