When we went to check in, there was a physical altercation between a hotel staff member and a homeless gentleman out front. The staff inside were not worried and did not call police or anything. The room itself was dirty, with stains and what looked like food on the walls and ceilings. The fridge in the room was not cold and we had to find the manual online in order to try and change the temperature. The location was unsafe and the hotel itself was unclean. I would definitely never stay here again.

Not as advertised, ad said it had a separate bedroom which it does not nor do any of the rooms per hotel staff. Overall would not recommend.

I called the property ahead of time to let them know that I was traveling from one side of California to the other to enjoy a day with my family with that said check-in wouldn’t be available till 3pm 1 would be the earliest if they had it available I completely said no problem. We are trying to have a day at a local theme park in. Would it be OK to park my vehicle there since I already had my reservations until we are done with the day without any hesitation they obliged. We didn’t check into our reservation till almost 7 PM at this point they let us know that they did a free upgrade to a suite. The one I have is they have signs stating they’re doing renovations so apologize about the mess in addition to that $34 to park your vehicle there, which I am OK with but there’s also a $21 convenience fee that doesn’t make sense to me

The place is NOT undergoing a renovation. They are just saying that so you dont expect what u see online. The couch had stains on it. The a/c unit was old and dingy. Our shower didnt work. It was a nightmare. I really want my money back.
