Our elevator dropped from our floor to 2 floors down. Then the next day someone got stucked at the elevators. Front desk is not accomodating. Never will stay again. They have stains all over the room

No major concerns, have stayed at this place recently 2 times and have enjoyed our stay. There reconstruction going on so elevators are a little slow, but that is my only issue. Staff were nice and check in was quick and easy.

I honestly, believe if I slept on the street, there would be better conditions. For starters, the lobby area is under complete construction. The waiting area to sit is outside in the parking lot and if you need to use the bathroom A porta party is available in the parking lot. Then when we get upstairs, it seem like the room what was supposed to be a suite was literally a lunchbox. The bathroom didn’t seem to be cleaned and the doors seem to be under repair as from paint and other items were on the floor, they do not provide, initially comfort or blankets so you have to make sure you ask for these. I had to run up and down the elevator that was working because the phone was not working in the room nor was the temperature gauge when I asked for another suite they were fully booked upon inspecting our room. There was bloodstained comforter on the king size bed , the whole stay was just disgusting and horrible.

It is so dirty, false advertisement on breakfast they literally gave you a muffin and water. Room service is not available so no clean towels or bed sheets.
