Gorgeous Beach House
This property is just fantastic! The property managers were attentive but not intrusive, and the house was well-stocked and spotlessly clean. All in all, it is a fantastic vacation house!

Absolutely no texts or phone calls returned. The soles of my feet turned black walking in the house-seriously. Pet hair everywhere. Otherwise could have been nice

horrible stay - house had what appeared to be mold and major leak in kitchen - dirty!
Sadly our stay was met with a disgusting smell in the Kitchen along with dirty dishes that were put away posing as if cleaned. The smell under the kitchen sink was simply god awful! There was a major plumbing leak and what appeared to be black mold see attached pictures. The deck area had left over joints all around it, apparently from prior guests, The barbecue was beyond disgusting, looked like it hadn't been cleaned and I don't know how long. The one positive was Thomas the house manager was really nice. He sent someone over to clean and fix the plumbing leak. However, it still smelled in the kitchen. The said they would comp our stay the least they could do and have never received a refund. Do not recommend this place unless you feel like cleaning the place on your vacation.

Beautiful property
Amazing property! Woke up each morning to the beautiful ocean waves and played in the water during low tide. We even spotted a few seals each morning. My family and I had a wonderful time and would recommend without hesitation. We will definitely be back.

Need a better cleaning team
Property was in a great location with great views right over the ocean. Home was spacious and comfortable for 2 adults and 3 small kids, however I would recommend Seabreeze hire a better cleaning team. The floors were absolutely disgusting and left everyone’s feet completely soiled by the end of the day. I was afraid to have my small kids on that floor, it needs immediate attention for future renters.
