Terrible experience!!!
Service was very bad. At check in they couldn’t find my reservation after I showed them on my phone. They took a copy of my passport yet kept misspelling my name. Charged me 2,000 peso for smoking in the room. I’m a non smoker! I’ll never go to Red Hotel again!!

近くにショッピング出来る場所や駅があり空いた時間にも退屈する事無く楽しめます。ネガティブな意見はシャワーの水がトイレの足元に流れてしまう事、着いた当日はアメニティーが不足していた。テレビのリモコンが効かないなど不満な点がありました。

Generally good and safe to stay☺️! Guest staying beside my room were so noisy as I think they are drinking in their room. They were so nosiy that I lost my sleep. Have informed staff about the noise but still continue the noise for about 45 minutes more after I have informed the staff!!

This place was decent. Bathroom was a bit small but usable. Staff was nice and the place was relatively quiet. Short walk to dining and malls; plenty of transportation available. Not my first choice to stay in but would go back.

The staff are nice and accommodating. The hotel it self has a great potential. I love that they have twin double beds which can accommodate 4 adults. The pool is nice. But the hotel location is terrible. Right next to the busy road, where you hear the loud sounds of moving vehicles with their loud horns, it is surrounded by make ship stores and local bars that plays Karaoke until 6am in the morning. I don’t know how anyone could sleep through all those noises. Over all I would give this hotel a one star.

RED Hotel 3 days, 2 nights Experience
The hotel was new and really clean. Safety and security is also average. Requests can easily be done. Only issue that I had with them was that they did not have enough towels to provide in the pool area. When I requested for beach/pool towel, they said that they didn't have anymore. And as a workaround, they got the bath towels in our room to give us.And then, we had to request and wait for a new set of bath towels while in the room. Wish that they limit the number of beach/pool towels to the number of guests per room and take note of it, so they wouldn't have that problem. But overall, our hotel stay was good.

The hotel is nice. The staff were excellent. The executive rooms are all on the very noisey road side and i could not sleep. Big noisr all day and all night, so changed diwn to a deluxe room. The drains wete blocked so my shiwer nearly flooded the whole bath room. The floor mat for the bathroom had greese stains all over it an the gand spray fir the toilet malfunctioned and sprayed my partner all over her clothes and face. They found us a new room again and it was very nice even though it was a lesser quality room and i must say the staff and manager were very helpful. Also the breakfasts were not good at all. Only food for Filipinos. No consideration for westerners at all. But, we ended up having a nice stay and as i said, the staff were very good.

The ground floor area & hotel frontage is aesthetically unpleasant...restaurant was sufficient & a.m.buffet was adequate but nothing to really rave about. Had to asked for iron & board but was offered steamer until a unit was available which I had to asked repeatedly every day.
