"The location is perfect. Quick access to downtown JP and the T to Boston. Franklin Park was part of our daily activity for a nature walk. Things we look for in VRBOs: comfy beds, clean, good common gathering space. A+ across the board. The seating in the living could use a few more seats since you could have 9 people sleeping in the apartment, but we made use of the giant dining table in the open kitchen and living area. For the 5 of us, it was more than ample! The space is incredibly clean...

"This place was great for our out-of-town guests with five bedrooms (though one was a twin with a trundle) and 2.5 bathrooms. The best part was the comfortable living/dining room, which was perfect for hanging out. It was also a convenient walk to the T. We appreciated the clear communication and how clean it was. Be aware that the company that owns this place will ask for lots of information outside of the VRBO platform (including a credit card and your ID). This made me a bit uncomfortable,...

"Our family came together to see our Grandson at Wentworth. I loved that the way the house is set up we were able to gather centrally to eat, laugh and lounge. If you're not familiar with Boston drivers, the street parking may be a concern but Uber was quite beneficial!"

"What a beautiful alternative to the $550/pr night at the Renaissance or Graduate. Check in and entry were flawless, Kevin was responsive and allowed us access early as my son had an exam and not available until 5pm. We walked to PC when the sun came out which was great. Next time I would get a rental car (due to Ubers availably) as we are learning the area and like to explore. Beautiful space!"

"Family trip for our son’s graduation gift/ big Red Sox Fan!! Loved the house. Very clean, beds so comfortable. It had everything we needed to cook. We used Uber Eats for local Target groceries. Bus stop very close by then rode to subway into city. Plenty of linens and as described in listing. Affordable and host was quick with thorough communication. The fire station sirens were never a bother during night hours."

If’s right by the T and easy to get into other parts of the city. We wished there had been a few other things in walking distance (good Italian restaurant and coffee shop by T) but it was easy to get where we wanted to go."
