The staff made yiu feel very welcome. The room was spotless and we needed extra pillows and they brought them right away. It is such an easy walk from the train station. We would definitely stay here again.

I’m highly recommend this hotel. The room was perfect and all the staff we interacted with were all so helpful and friendly. Outstanding customer service! Also, the location was excellent too—a five minute walk to the Milano Centrale train station and about 25 minute walk to the Duomo area. My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay. We will definitely stay here in the future for sure.

This was a really good stay for our 6 days. If you're planning to take the train a lot it's an easy convenient walk. The staff was quite helpful and quick to make sure our needs were met. The rooms were cleaned every day without asking and that staff did a wonderful job. It's also close to some good places to eat and get a cocktail. Overall, we were pleased we chose this hotel. Would definitely recommend. Thank you to all staff!

It is near train station but not easy to find, which defeats paying for something near station. Also room was hot, but they could not turn on AC or provide table fan. Property is nice and clean with large new rooms.
