"I have stayed at the Dai Ichi several times now and the place never disappoints. During this trip, my luggage was damaged before arriving at the hotel and a wonderful female staffer named R. Saito was so great to bring up pliers and a hammer to help me fix it. Above and beyond once again. I look forward to my next stay here when visitng Tokyo again."

"I like the self check in and express checkout. Easy location for flight from haneda airport. Very small room as we most of hotel in Japan. Hot spring for free is a big plus. Love the restaurants nearby. Overall, I like my stay here"
