Clean and has everything we need! Breakfast is okay, nothing much to eat. Downside is no housekeeping daily so we out of toilet papers! Otherwise the price is good! Didnt see any bugs or roach!!! Will stay again. Building is newly updated.

Breakfast they offer is just grab and go like muffins and coffee. Some oatmeal but you just get it and eat in your room. No actual breakfast lounge compare to other hotel that offer breakfast.

They don’t have the amenities it says they offer. I specially ask for what I need and most of the time they don’t have coffee maker toaster and plates silverware

We booked this hotel very late, but it let me complete the booking process. We drive an extra 15 miles to get there only to be told that the night audit had already started and he couldn't check us in, I would be refunded what I was charged. Obviously upset I left to the parking lot, then went back in and he said audit only takes about an hour and he could check us in after that. But since it would be considered an early check in they would charge me $10 for every hour before normal check-in time, mind you this was at 2am. Would not recommend this place if your running late or anything like that I can't say anything about the building because I never made it in.

If you advertise having kitchen supplies, coffee maker pots pans etc you should have enough of them for every room. I request ed it before arriving and never received them.

You offer a supplies for your kitchen yet you don’t have enough for everyone I’ve stayed twice in both times they couldn’t give me what I needed especially like the coffee maker, toaster silverware plates there were two of us in the gave me nothing

Weird place!!!!!
Would not recommend hotel, cleanliness was ok, but you have to ask for a coffee maker, but they have no coffee, asked for pillows, they have none, asked for towels, they have none… kitchenette in room but no silverware, no dishes, nothing, and when asking front desk got to listen to them rummage through silverware for literally 10 mins to be given 2 forks, 1 butter knife, 1 spoon, 1 soup spoon. And 2 coffee cups for the coffee they do not provide. No hairdryer in bathroom. Weird place and will never stay again when visiting

It was amazing. I was staying in town for the Taylor Swift concert. I was allowed to check in early. Everyone at the front desk was amazing. It was clean. Perfect low cost option when staying in town. Larry is great. I would highly recommend.

I always appreciate a friendly staff. Great customer service. Comfortable and clean room. Walls are paper thin , you can hear everything and everyone, however we didn't have any problem. There are no public transportation around so my husband and I took Lyft. I recommend this hotel.

Property had a smell too it. Our room was some what clean but the toilet had silicone on at and the light switches had oil on them. Room had a smell to it as well. We decided not to stay there after being there a few hours.

The staff was very nice. The room had an old cigarette smell that carried throughout the room. The moment you open the door, you could smell it. The smell was in the sheets and everything. There were glitter and pink stains on the floor and bathroom counter. The toilet had some black stains on it. The shower was very clean though. We were too tired from traveling so we just slept but we will not be booking here again.
