"The hotel is very nice, very clean and in a good location. Perhaps they should not allow hockey teams or other sports teams to stay there though, if staff is going to assume the athletes make the hotel look "trashy." Two of our players were at the front desk and told the front desk attendant that they have a very nice hotel. He responded by saying, "Yes, it is, but all of you make it look trashy." Our players are well behaved and always supervised by an adult. There was another hockey team...

"Wonderful three night stay. We interacted with multiple staff who were friendly and helpful. We had touring bicycles along and were given a safe place to store our bicycles in the hotel. Staff were never rushed and helped us with multiple questions as we sorted out our departure on a bicycle tour. Our room was beautiful as is the large lobby of the hotel. Location in downtown Minneapolis is great for walking, cycling, and public transit. "

"The staff was very professional and friendly. They were eager to assist when needed. The room and the hotel site were both very clean and orderly. They offered a breakfast buffet. The options were slim. I wish they had more fruit choices, waffles or pancakes. We enjoyed our stay and slept comfortably. "
