“窄軌飯店座落山中，從優勝美地南口出來一下就到，接近火車站，白天可以聽到火車的汽笛於與叮噹聲，距離優勝美地遊客中心大約一小時，路上會經過Mariposa groove可以去看巨大的sequoia,只要十幾分鐘車程，住宿是成排的木屋，有古色古香的感覺，窗外就是森林，非常有特色，整體住宿感覺還不賴，房內有冰箱，咖啡機，吹風機，盥洗用具一應俱全，服務人員都很親切，早餐可以付10塊美金吃到飽（簡單的美式食物），餐廳內很有特色，附近人煙稀少所以吃的選擇也不多，唯一需要注意的是雖然有提供免費wifi,但是幾乎沒有訊號，沒辦法上網。不過優勝美地好像都沒什麼網路訊號就是了（我們買的t-mobile網卡都無法上網），記得下載離線地圖～另外房價相當高，不過已比住在園區裡便宜許多，而且六月中這時遊客很多，訂房時已沒剩什麼房源，建議可以儘早預定以多做比較”

“Lisa’s property is located about 20 minutes from Yosemite Valley. VRBO provides detailed instructions so far as directions and accessing and using the property. It is in nice condition aside from a couple of funky faucets that could use a plumber’s attention. We found it very comfortable and well furnished. Everything works and Lisa provided all the linens, plates, cooking supplies etc we needed. She is extremely responsive. We mentioned needing a couple of items and adjustment of the heat and……

“This was a great place to stay! It’s close to glacier point, which is worth it on its own for the sunrise there. The valley has kind of a “Disneyland” kind of flavor to it (lots of families and not secluded, more like a resort) that we were unaware of, so we were really happy to stay here with a real “in the woods” feeling. “I book the lodge for the night before my wedding. The host, Jimmy and Michael were very responsive and provided all the details for a smooth check-in. The morning of, we used the space to get ready. It was very spacious and accommodated our wedding party. The area around the lodge was beautiful for photo ops and we had our first look, right outside surrounded by trees. I would recommend staying at the lodge if you are planning to get married in Yosemite. ”

“We had the best family weekend staying in this home! We originally had reservations in the valley that got canceled and we wanted to be as close as possible without being in a hotel. The layout and cleanliness of the house could not have been more ideal. Our kids are older and the house was big enough to accommodate us + significant others. “My little family and I stayed at this cabin during Easter weekend. We were greeted with a somewhat unexpected snowstorm the first night but it absolutely made this trip even better! The neighborhood had the roads plowed by 6 am and the driveways were being worked as well. Our driveway was cleared by 7:30. The cabin was perfect and we had the best time. The cabin was clean, well stocked with the necessities, the layout was perfect, just all around a perfect cozy cabin. We enjoyed a nice warm fire……

“We had a good stay here once we were able to get into the house--the message we received with check-in information provided both the wrong house number and wrong door code. We could not reach the property manager to get the correct code (granted, we arrived at around 11pm and VRBO was able to eventually reach them), but fortunately we guessed the correct code. The wifi also went out completely 2 days into our stay. The house did have everything we needed and proximity to the valley was great.”

We especially loved the wrap around deck and the grill. We did most of our meals out there. Our son was very comfortable on the futon bed.
