Kids running up and down the hallways late at night and early in the morning. Waterpark had dirty bandaids and hair on the steps of the waterslides. Price of food was INSANE. One waffle ice-cream cone was $15.00 The resort asks for a tip every single time you purchase any and everything. Even a purchase made in the gift shop. Like really... however the water slides were very fun! The waterpark is small but very fun. I wish it had a wavepool. The lifeguards are EXCELLENT. They are constantly observing the waters. The flowrider staff are Awesome because they actually try to teach you how to surf. They are very patient and encouraging.

I arrived at 5pm and room was not ready, check in time is at 4pm, the water park is so small not worth it, told my colleague and family members that kalahari is the best one in rides and is huge better options! My daughter was disappointed and they had no security did not see one at check in or check out so basically anyone can walk Around that hotel no questions asked!

The resort was nice and clean. Poor dining options and too pricey. The arcade area was nice but many games didn't work and nobody cares about.. The waterpark was great. Kids love it. Shame that its open only between 11am-7pm. I think we will come back to The Kartrite resort.
