Pathetic service, they made 3 times to room and service desk to exchange door key, i was told to not put key with wallet or pocket or with any other electronic device, BS etc. It worked and then again it locked out next day. Family’s should not go ever here, it’s dangerous, they just watch and let others play music loud. A guy who was threatening others and playing loud music was arrested at night. Room has no working microwave or TV, mold everywhere, shower is should height, what on earth that is, incorrect posting no partial ocean view. Spent a-lot on room, got nothing but regret and left the place very next day. Completely ridiculous.

Desk staff rude and judgy. Lazy… we had to basically run them down to get any help. Bugs, hair, spider webs which means live spiders. Short staffed so had to walk or drive if space was available to hotel next door. Sliding glass door broke took all my strength to open and close it. Broken lamp and fire shot out of electrical outlet beside bed.

The property was exactly what I needed for a last-minute overnight trip with my sister. The room was nicer than expected, It was still pretty outdated, but it was your basic motel and those always have the most character for me. Balcony facing the boardwalk and the ocean, so you get both views in one. Beds were pretty comfy, no bed bugs but did see a dead waterbug which is pretty common for any residents near the water. There was a coffee pot in the room, but they do not offer coffee or breakfast. There is a Starbucks couple blocks down so it was a nice morning walk tho we had to dodge the rain. Overall good experience. I hate that everyone here is so proud to be a Trumper tho.. that and the coffee incident is really my only issue. Quite a few people are complaining about a mildew smell, but as soon as we walked into the room, it was actually an overbearing smell of cleaning chemicals, but after that faded, there was no mildew smell and the faucet in the tub constantly was dripping too. The showers were great though. 7/10.. would probably stay here again if I’m tryna ball on a budget.

Wonderful location right on the boardwalk with an ocean view from the balcony side. Front desk receptionist was very friendly and so was the housekeeping staff. Tons of restaurants and bars within a few block’s including Wicked Tuna and 2nd Ave Pier. BUT…the room could have used a good scrub and some handyman work. If you don’t care about luxury then it’s a great, inexpensive option.

Was nice and quiet here and on the beach. Price was awesome as well, older place but will definitely stay here again!!
