This was one of the best hotels or stays I been too in a while. 10/10 . Room was big and clean. . Hotel staff was amazing and nice and helpful. Pool area bar area. I would recommend and I’ll book here again.

This property is a great place to stay while in Mrytle Beach!! Really enjoyed the view from our 16th floor balcony! The pools and hot tubs are great. The staff was super friendly and very helpful!

We stayed at this hotel because family was going to be there. It was a bit more than we would have normally spent. Our room, 1404, was dated and the bedroom had neither windows or bedside lamps. It was dark and dreery. We were told that lamps were on order but how can you book a room without lights? How can you charge us full rates for a room without lights? Pool area nice but bathrooms are far away. Poolside bar had very slow service. Conciege station was almost never manned. Valets were great! Friendly, efficient and helpful.

it was beyond gorgeous and i loved how close it was to the beach! most beachfront properties have a very long walk and this one did not. not crowded and all staff was very kind to my partner and i! they also upgraded us because of our anniversary!

While our stay was nice, there are some elements that left a lot to be desired. When we checked in, we went to shower and were out of shampoo and body wash. There was also a yellow stain on our sheets. We called the front desk and they sent someone up promptly but the housekeeper aggressively handed me a bag with the new blankets and I changed them. Not a big deal but not what I expected. We were told that we needed to request late checkout the night before if available. When we did this, we were given a very hard time. It took a little bit of flipping through “papers” and “typing” before they agreed to give us 1 extra hour, which we had offered to pay for originally. The woman at the desk told us we can use the resort amenities after checkout using our “renters bands” …. Which we never received at the beginning of our trip. The valet staff was so friendly as was the bartender. Added bonus was the kitchen being stocked and having laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels etc. overall a nice place and right on the beach/near everything. I just wish that we had that more elevated experience, especially as a Hilton honors member.

When I booked this visit I requested a ocean view suite and ended up with a partial ocean view on the 10th floor. The front desk staff were not friendly and when I asked to have a late checkout due to our plane departure was not until 8pm the lady wouldn't even look at me and flat out stated that "we are completely booked" which seemed like a lie as it is not peak season. I am almost certain there were ocean front suites available and the front desk staff could care less to accommodate my request. I paid for valet parking and that service was great but one day I didn't even request my car and still was charged which seems ridiculous.

This is absolutely one of the nicest properties on the beach. Also sports two swi.o g pools and lounge chairs on the beach. Extremely safe employing a very secure and unique key card for elevator access. Strongly consider this property!
