Everything about the condo was great. It was plenty of space for my husband and I along with our three boys. Everything was very very clean and kitchen was well stocked. We had amazing ocean views and the pool areas were great for the kids when they got tired of staying on the beach. If you want to stay in the middle of all the action this is a great location. We walked to get ice cream and dinner a couple nights and you can easily walk (we drove because of having a little one) to play mini golf (multiple locations) as well. Definitely recommend this condo. Thanks for a great time and the clean and comfortable place to stay during our visit to Myrtle Beach.

Incredible views from the room
The condo had incredible views, but newly renovated was a bit of a stretch. The place was nice don't get me wrong but certainly not newly renovated. We had 7 total 4 adults 3 teens, and needed every bed that was offered in the listing 2 of which were broken. The property itself was a bit run down but location was incredible. Win some loose some.

Everything was as stated in the description of the property. Check in process was simple and quick and Jennifer replied almost instantly whenever I had a question or concern. My family and I loved the property and would definitely stay here again.

A great 4 days!
The room was a tad tiny for us all (6) but that’s what we chose (we coulda gotten a 3 bedroom). The elevators were quite fast even on the 18th floor! Was a beautiful view. It is supppper close to everything which was great!!! Only time I drove was to go to Walmart! The parking lot was nice directly across from the actual building!!!! Checkin was super simple (a shorter code would be better, finally remembered it on our last day). Stepping off the elevator was nice it smelt wonderful!!! The only complaint (if you can call it that) was there was no dish soap. A little bottle would be great so you can wash single items. We go down once a year and I will definitely be checking availability here for next year! Thank you Jenn for a wonderful stay!

The check in process was horrible unfriendly person at counter no carts available for bringing personal items to the room had to wait a long time inside of building and elevators filthy overall impression of room was unimpressive kitchen area dirty appliances gross inside cabinets also gross extremely noisy Sunday am not sure what it was stayed one night and left would not return there or recommend to a friend

Nice condo for family
Condo was very nice, and communications with owner were great. She gave an accurate description of the unit. Property as a whole (Oceans 1) was not a great experience. Pools were under construction, front desk was not helpful, dirty entrance & elevators. Doors were not being monitored, anyone could walk in. Overall it was a good stay & Jennifer was great. Oceans One needs updates & better descriptions of what they offer.

Great location and beach! Parking is ample and easily accessible across the street. Building is safe and clean. Pools are well maintained and the beach access was incredible. Unit is updated and provided us everything we needed for our stay. Showers worked well and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Getaway!
The condo was very nice and just what we needed for our family of 4! The view was amazing always but the best was in the morning with the sunrise! So breathtaking. We spent most of our days at the beach and pool but you are in close proximity to alot of restuarants and attractions. (Some were closed because we came during off season). Overall a wonderful getaway and would definitely recommend.

WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THE PROPERTY. THE MANAGER ANSWERED ANY NEED WE HAD. OCEANS ONE HAD PROBLEMS. WE WERE TOLD THE NIGHT SHIFT HAD QUIT. DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS TRUE, BUT THE TRASH BINS WERE NOT EMPTIED, NO ONE MONITORED THE BRACELETS REQUIRED FOR THE POOL AREA, THERE WAS NO PARKING IN THE LOT ONE EVENING AND THE LIST GOES ON. HIRE A NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO RUN OCEANS ONE!!!!!

At first property seemed somewhat worn but we saw beyond that and had a great time with our grandchildren. Pools were very kid friendly and accessible. We enjoyed the beach being directly in front of the property.
