Room condition was terrible. All furniture on room was with scratches and broken. Property as well as room small bad. Carpet is old and broken and small bad. I stop by front desk to let them know the room condition and change the room, but they said they don't have any room to switch. I asked for manager and they said manager will call me back next day, its been week and never received call back. High room prince and charge for resort fee as well. Not worth at all.

This place is falsely advertised. Pictures are fake. Do your self a favor and spend the extra money to stay at a nicer hotel. The hallways smelled terrible. Building is extremely outdated. Room are dirty. Stains all over the rug in the rooms and hallways. The bathroom smelled horrendous. I can’t even explain the smell. We booked this hotel for 2 nights but we couldn’t stand to stay the second night we had to check out and get another hotel for the night. Do not come here. Only pro to this stay was beach view and location to local shops and restaurants.

This was the worst stay You step off the elevator and your shoes are sticking to the floor There was people fighting in the room below us . As we was asleep some random stranger was knocking on our door in the middle of the night . Not safe building is fallung apart .

Not at all as advertised. It has a small kitchen with absolutely no cookware/silverware. Note said to ask for them from the front desk and when we did we were told they didn’t have any. No parking on site. TV didn’t work. Room was just dirty and dingy. Very disappointed. Definitely won’t be back.

Property didn’t meet expectations. I didn’t realize facilities was old, staff told me the hotel doesn’t provide housekeeping and hotel allows locals not guess of hotel to enter tower to fill their coolers with ice, often no ice was available for my family and I, paying guests of hotel. Also, only one ice machine for 9 floors of the South Towers of hotel. Staff on check in was friendly. However, staff I encountered after checking in was rude and dismissive.
