“John's property is very cute and quaint, with a lovely back yard and fire pit. Best things about the cottage were the location, the short and pleasant walk to the beach, and the fully equipped updated kitchen. John was very responsive and check-in/check-out were easy. The only negative was that it was a little noisy -- traffic, roosters, sprinklers... not great for a light sleeper, but that's why ear plugs exist!”

“The owners were very likable and made every effort to make my stay enjoyable. They are dog friendly and Gracie really loved all the attention. The breakfasts were yummy… homemade scones and muffins, quiche and cowboy scramble 😊 I would definitely stay there again if in New Smyrna ”
