A true company man committed to guest happiness. Beds are super comfy. Noticed a slight downshift in the towels on this trip. I come 4 times/year and go out of my way to stay at this Hyatt"

"So easy to ride the light rail to great breweries, food and canal. Coffee shop had great coffee and food for an easy relaxed breakfast. Beautiful architecture all around, loved it!!!"

"Staff was very friendly. A bit of a traditional hotel. Coffee in room did not work and often out of "complimentary" coffee by 9 am! Had to make reservation for the pool which was weird. View out the room was awful."

"Last minute booking, went smoothly, had a hard time with room key card ( room 111). Kept clicking and blinking green, but door knob wouldn’t budge. Desk clerk said to pull door tight and push down hard on the handle. Wasn’t a solution. Just kept playing with it until the door handle finally moved. Same issue in the morning after I returned from getting breakfast. Big king bedroom , quiet and dark as you want it to be for sleeping!"
