The property is dated, needs remodeling. The AC didn't cool very well. We had two maintenance people come check it in two different times and they claimed everything was fine and they cant get it to be colder. Even though we had the thermostat set to 60 degrees. I wouldn't want to stay in the middle of the summer when its very hot in the city with poorly functioning AC.

Beautiful entrance and lobby. Hotel was kept clean. *My TV didn't work for entire stay - I had asked for it to be fixed on day #1, never happened. *Furniture is bulky and congests the connecting hallway between bedroom and bathroom areas - almost dangerous at night. *Uncomfortable seating, especially the circular chair. *No pen and paper in desk area. *Lighting is only fair except in bathroom. Reading light on one side of the bed was out. *Valet parking kiosk in lobby was confusing and not user-friendly. *All in all just OK. Marriott hotels lately are falling behind, in my opinion, compared to Hiltons.

The hotel looks nice and staff is amazing. My toilet was dirty, balcony doesn’t lock(I have a 9 year old with me), the sofa and chair are not that clean, and it took about 15-20 minutes to get checked in but they let my child pick out snack free of charge for the wait which was super nice of them.
