Super basic room next to Broadway which is all we needed to fly in for a few shows. Really accommodating front desk. Only issue was the dripping AC unit which kept a couple of us from getting great sleep. Small complaint for a great value. Thanks!

The hotel needs urgent remodeling. They where 3 topics that made our stay very bad: 1. The overall condition of the hotel. Elevators, halls, rooms 2. There was a construction crew that worked 8@5 on the weekdays right next to our door using loud saws, hammers etc. With a lot of workers all day in the hallway with all the tools 3. Th air conditioner was a window old version which we couldn't control the temperature or turn it on or off. We had to unplugged it from the wall when we wanted to turn it off Would definitely recommend not to stay here. The only good thing we can say is that one of the staff in the lobby was very friendly

This is an old property and condition is average. The location is very close to Times Square area which is convenient if you are tourist. The rooms were clean but very old looking. The quality of the bedsheet/towels could be better. The staff is friendly and helpful - standard customer service. I would give 3.5 rating.
