Front desk was "on break" for half an hour when I arrived delaying check in. Room had no drawers for clothes, toilet handle and sink plug were broken. Lights turn off automatically after 30 mins, wifi boots you out if you download anything. Gym air con was broken. This place is just super cheap on feel but still expensive to stay. I left after my 2nd night and went elsewhere.

Expedia said on details parking is included when you are there yoy realize parking is not include and you have to paid for that $55 per day. Expedia and the hotel need to updated this information for future reservations same for breakfast on expedia said is $13 but in the hotel is $25 just be aware of that before to puechase anything there

We selected a room to sleep 6 but what we got was a room that sleeps 4 and a small sofa bed that contained an unsleepable bed inside. My two boys opted to sleep on the floor rather than this uncomfortable sorry excuse for a bed. When I expressed my concern with the staff, they simply said that I should leave it in a review. Odd reply…

I didn’t get the room I reserved, they gave me a bunk bed instead of queen bed and just said sorry that is the only available room. The sheets were not changed and were full of hair when we requested for them to be cleaned they did it right away because the manager saw that they weren’t changed. The only positive thing was the location walkable to different places. The hotel itself looked old and dirty.
