Property was kept really nice, staff always friendly and willing to help. The only negative I can say is the quality of the toilet paper. Just terrible but everything else was lovely. Turn down service and lobby terrace were beyond amazing

Great room, if a little small but that's what you get in New York. Times Square can be loud in the evening so be mindful of the noise.

Hotel room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Also the room was clean and had good amenities. Upscale hotel ambiance. Service at the lobby bar (outside) is a bit spotty. We ordered some fries with our drinks. We got our drinks but the fries never arrived.
