The location is great. Our hotel room smelled like urine. In the bathroom there was no hand soap and the body wash bottle was empty. I didn't enjoy the stay at this hotel.

My daughter and I had a 5 night stay at this beautiful hotel. When we first opened the door and walked into our Superior 2 Bedroom, we saw this awesome view from our window. We were right above Horseshoe Falls with the American Falls, and the surrounding area below us. Fireworks over the falls at night were spectacular. The staff was very friendly, and informative. Our room was spacious, and kept clean each day by housekeeping who always greeted us with a "Good Morning", and friendly smile. The amenities were great, which included free local WEGO bus transportation during our stay. This area felt safe, quiet, and was very walkable. There were plenty of dining options nearby, attractions, easy excess to the WEGO bus, Falls Incline Railway, and the Table Rock Center at Horseshoe Falls below our hotel. The view alone is enough to come back! We really enjoyed our stay, but, here are my hotel room suggestions; makeup mirror in bathroom (poor mirror lighting), room safe, and microwave.

The view is amazing! A touch expensive with all the little fees(parking etc.), but that is expected in a tourist area. Overall very happy with our stay and we will be returning again!

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, the view was beautiful from the 12th floor (superior room). The walk to/from self parking was not bad, but not convenient with carrying luggage. Husband and I enjoyed our stay.
