Great location and wonderful view
We loved the amazing view at the start and end of each day after our lazy days at the beach. Authentic Italian town with wonderful pastries and breads to pick up for breakfast. Cheeky glasses of wine as we stopped by at the wine shop in the main old town street - wonderful service and recommendations about Ligurian wine. All restaurants we tried out were great. House was as advertised and more - all the things we wish we had on holiday were supplied by the house (we could even make pancakes - scales etc). Our teenagers enjoyed the freedom to come and go - lots to explore as right within the castle walls, wonderfully historic place and setting.

Italienische Villa mit grosszügigem Garten
Die grosszügige Unterkunft bietet auch mehreren Personen reichlich Platz. Sie ist sehr schön gelegen, mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Altstadt von Noli. Der Zugang ist nicht ganz einfach. Einen Parkplatz haben wir vermisst. Im Übrigen ist das Haus sehr gut ausgerüstet.

Haus, Garten und Ausblick grossartig. Paola und Maurizio sind sehr sehr nette Gastgeber! Fulvio und Giacomo (zuständig bei Ankunft und Abreise und wenn es sonst Fragen gibt) waren immer für uns da - ganz tolle junge Männer! Wir waren den ganzen Monat Mai dort! Wonderful villa with breathtaking views
I spent a wonderful week with my family and in this beautiful villa in Noli. The Villa is well equipped with really everything you need.I plan to come back. Only downside: No parking lot when I was there (wintertime) and not easy to reach (stairs). The Owners are very friendly and professional!

Schöner Aufenthalt in Noli
Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der grosszügige Garten und die super Aussicht ist einmalig. Das Haus ist perfekt für 6 Personen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort unsere Ferien verbringen. Haben es auch bereits schon weiterempfohlen an Freunde. Noli ist ein hübsches Städtchen. Die Betreuung vor Ort bei der Übergabe hat perfekt geklappt, vielen Dank dafür Fulvio!

der perfekte Urlaub in Zeiten der Pandemie und des Regens
Wow, dies war unsere bislang schönste Ferienwohnung! Es ist alles genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Für eine vierköpfige Familie plus 2 Großeltern gab es mehr als genug Platz im Haus, und da es außen verschiedene Gartenbereiche gibt, hatte jeder der es wollte seine Ruhe. Die Betten waren bequem und die Ventilatoren auch Ende Juli ausreichend leistungsstark. Das Geniale an dieser Wohnung ist, dass es (bis auf eines der Bäder) keinen einzigen Raum ohne perfekten Meer- und Stadtblick gibt. Der Blick von den Terrassen auf das mittelalterliche Städtchen und den Strand gefiel uns so gut, dass wir lieber dort unsere eigenen Mahlzeiten und Getränke einnahmen statt essen zu gehen, denn nirgendwo anders gibt es einen besseren Blick. Dafür lohnt sich auch der Fußweg zum Haus (70 Meter über Steine oder etwas länger als gepflasterter Weg mit Treppen, alles auch für unsportliche und gesundheitlich angeschlagene Menschen gut zu schaffen). Von der anderen FeWo im selben Haus bekommt man übrigens gar nichts mit, da die einen anderen Eingang haben. Für beide Wohnungen gibt es übrigens nur einen Parkplatz, aber man kann mit etwas Ausdauer auch am anderen Ende des Ortes einen kostenlosen Parkplatz finden (ein Problem in ganz Ligurien, hat mit der Geografie zu tun) Die Betreuung durch die jederzeit erreichbaren freundlichen englischsprachigen Vermieter Paola und Maurizio im Vorfeld war prima, fast noch besser die sogar deutschsprachige Betreuung durch Fulvio vor Ort, der in der örtlichen Tourist-Info arbeitet, sich mit allem auskennt und immer zur Verfügung steht. Der Ort Noli hat alles was man braucht: Strände (wir waren an der spiaggia libera mit Fischerbooten, die auch noch genutzt werden), einen Mittelalterkern, eine Burgruine (der Fußweg dahin verläuft direkt vor der FeWo) und gute Restaurants. Der Ort ist im Sommer sehr touristisch, es scheinen aber deutlich über 90% italienische Touristen zu sein, man hört wenig deutsch oder holländisch und kaum andere Sprachen, auch in Restaurants und Läden. Wir wollen wiederkommen.
