Well to start, the check in process can be ten times smoother and faster. Please instruct your check in staff to smile and greet guests as they likely spent 2 hours going through customs at the very small Aruba airport. I am saying this because as a hard working professionals no one wants t wait in long lines. Second thing, food options can be better, buffet wasn’t that bad but dinner should not have a cut off as we had to rush from the pool to dinner for 6:00 as the steak house is always full. Aside from that good stay at hotel.

Enjoyed this was our second visit Thought entertainment could have been better The food and service was top notch One day the water sprinkler on beach was not working so you could not rinse offf would have liked music at the pool all day

We were given a room overlooking construction after paying for oceanview,door card constantly not working, needing to request toilet paper,unable to make reservations so long waits for dinner, limited food options.Unable to control room AC so it was waking up several times a night either cold or hot.

First time to Aruba and let me tell you there is something for everyone! Love this place! I have never seen and experienced such a wonderful, kind, friendly and on top of it staff! My girlfriend and I will be back for sure! They just get it!
