"The condo was perfect and had all the amenities we needed. It was great to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Furniture was very comfortable. Perfect location. Easy to find. Beach was beautiful and clean. Check in was seamless. Would stay again."

"While short, the stay was worthwhile! Host was friendly and communicated promptly, and the home was clean, comfortable, and safe. The hammocks on the porch were by far the favorite, especially for a mid day nap or morning coffee. We even got to see dolphins from the back porch! There were plenty of amenities, including books and dvds with both adult and kid friendly genres. Many local food options if you don’t want to cook. Highly recommended for a relaxing and private get away on the beach in a quiet neighborhood but still within a short drive to the livelier crowds if that’s your vibe. It’s a must stay!"

"We arrived on Monday to full sun and got on the beach as quickly as we could. Everything in the condo was exactly as we expected, so we did not have to worry about anything there. Tuesday was pretty much a washout as far as outdoor activities were concerned because it rained all day. We went to the aquarium and really enjoyed it. Coming back we were happy that we packed a deck of cards because that became our activity for the day. Wednesday we awakened to a beautiful sunrise visible right outside our windows. The entire day was wonderful with plenty of time on the beach. Leaving on Thursday was simple as we had good instructions as to everything we needed to do. Thank you for the unit and the wonderful experience."

"This property checked all the boxes. I (32f) and my friend (65f) had an absolutely perfect time. The pool not only is stunning and very clean, but the deck offers great views of the ocean without having to walk in the sand. The beach is literally steps away. We spent way too much time searching all of the awesome shells and enjoying the very private area. The unit was perfect. Updated appliances, tons of storage and sleeping areas, a wonderful patio that stepped out to offer direct access to the pool and ocean. Views of the ocean from the living room, having all of the appliances available, a grill, chairs for the beach as well as boogie boards, books to read, extra blankets and pillows, all of these things made our trip that much more enjoyable. The aquarium was just down the street as well, along with beautiful walking paths with oceanfront views. The bathroom was large and very clean, the shower was updated and refreshing after a day in the sun. Nice bars and restaurants are right down the strip, and everyone we met was incredibly friendly. 10/10 would absolutely stay again."

"This is definitely $1 million view on the third floor four sets of eight steps so it a lot to not have elevator. when we arrived, the maid had not taken dirty clothes that were left behind the curtain from the current people, we let them know right away she told me to leave them on the porch in the bag, which I did they never came for them and they got blown all over the parking lot. if you’re looking for a place just to lay your head and look at the million dollar view this place is great.money is great for this place . It is a bit dated with $1000. You could really spruce it up. The bedroom did not have a TV which was very disappointing and the living room had a very small TV probably about a 19 inch. The furniture was very old and dated, and the bunkbeds were like an afterthought like in an area for closet with very terrible mattresses. But we didn’t care too about that as we were never in the apartment for very long we were only there at night to lay head down. The washer and dryer were brand new. They did work and we only had a problem with the TV and the Internet not working but we didn’t watch it so we didn’t care. I did let them know. for the money it is well worth it. If you don’t care about it being dated, but for the view it’s more than worth it. I think some of the reviews are a little harsh, but I understand why because it is so dated and it would only take very little money to change it out like the bedspreads you can buy a bed in the bag at Walmart for cheep"
