"Wonderful staff who want to make your experience the very best. Go for the breakfast! It is simply the best. Some of the rooms need updating. We stayed here three different times. Lower interior rooms are sub par. The reception staff will try hard to upgrade upon request. Again, the staff is the best asset of this hotel. The location is an easy walk to wherever a tourist wants to be."

"Excellent hotel. Better than some 4 star hotels we stayed in.Initially We booked only 3 days but after the first day decided to extend our stay to all 9 days we visited Warsaw. Except from being somewhat oldish, in every other aspect the hotel was great. Clean, specious room, excellent breakfast to our taste, and great location 4 min. From Wilenski station with metro,tram, busses and suburban train. Only one station ride, to the old city center."

"My girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel twice for the total of seven nights during our recent trip to Poland. The hotel is in great location within walking distance to the Old Town and city center. During our second stay we were upgraded to a mini suite. Both the regular room and the mini suite were very clean and well kept. The bedding was amazing! Extremely comfortable! The breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend staying at the Sofitel Victoria hotel while visiting Warsaw. We will definitely be back! A special shout-out to Anna who made sure our breakfast was always enjoyable! Anna is simply outstanding! Very friendly and professional. She made sure our coffee/beverages were delivered to us quickly and was a pleasure to interact with!"
