We enjoyed our stay, there was no shuttle service but Uber was very available. Room was a bit musty and shower door is hung incorrectly and water was lukewarm at best. The bed was super comfortable and quiet. They did offer a 12pm check out and free parking which was appreciated.

The room is mostly fine, but there was a strange wiring issue with the light switch. The switch powered on the two ceiling lights by the bed and the light over the desk. I turned the switch off to go to sleep, but then none of the outlets near the bed worked anymore, so I couldn't charge my phone. I turned the switch back on and could turn the ceiling lights off with their own switches, but the light above the desk would remain on throughout the night. The only choices were keep my phone/alarm plugged in across the room or find a workaround to the desk light situation. I ended up unscrewing the lightbulb and keeping my phone closer to me. Glad I found a quick fix, but imagine I didn't check if my phone was charging before going to bed. The room is aesthetically very clean and well designed, but functionally that's a huge problem if one lightswitch not only controls all the lights but also the outlets that people are most likely to use.

Two days without hot water and room at 3rd floor have a strange smell like something spill as strong humidity odor. But manager was super great and change our room. The hot water everyone was affected same days due mechanical issues or waiting for a part Pool / jacuzzi need to look cleaner ( have a green mildew)
