I was given a worst room in terms of my concerns for noise. When I made the reservation months ago, I left a message on Expedia to the hotel to request a quiet room for me and my son with Autism. They nicely replied to promise accommodation. However, it is so disappointing and frustrating that they gave me a room facing the swimming pool. In 3 out of the 4 nights of my stay, there was a big party, loud music, shouting people on the deck by the pool for about 4 hours everyday in the evening. After a whole day of activities, my son wanted to rest, but couldn't due to noise until late night. The noise triggered his symptoms. I called the hotel and also left messages on Expedia ask for their help. They said it was a scheduled party and the hotel was booked out. My concerns for noise couldn't be addressed, so the hotel ignored them intentionally. Again, disappointing and frustrating! The slogan sign “Welcome to your home away from home!” in the room is just a sarcasm!
