"The listing said this unit had heat. When we arrived on Friday evening the heat would not work. We contacted the host and were told nothing could be done for the heater until Monday. Host agreed to bring a space heater on Saturday. It did not work either. Finally at around 5 pm on Saturday a working space was delivery. The unit was still cold. "Where should I start! We booked for three weeks and we only received one set of towels. Really! The bottom sheet on the bed was the wrong size or depth and we ended up sleeping on the plastic mattress cover. I went out and bought a set of sheets! We have family in the area So we borrowed towels from them. The drain in the shower got clogged and the owner asked us to clean it out.
