They had a private pool party even on the Sat that we booked. So start the event took up all the self parking and to top it off all the Valet was booked. We were asked to either come back after 6pm when the event was over OR figure out where to park outside the resort. We parked across the street by the 7 eleven however we had to move it a few hours later to avoid our cars being towed. The private pool party event made the hotel not family friendly when we specifically choose the family friendly recommendation option. The staff however where all very kind from the check-in gentlemen named Andrew to the manager of Valet . They can only do so much as those things were out of their control however they showed empathy for our reasonable complaints.

I reserved a room at your Palm Springs resort this past Sunday for one night for the first time, and my experience was horrendous, I reserved a king bed room, when I entered the room after checkin it was a two double bed room, when I called the front desk and asked why I was given a different room? When I reserved a king bed room? I was told that I have been upgraded, I never asked to be upgraded, I wanted the room that was reserved and the conversation with the person at the front desk was combative, eventually I was moved to the initial room I reserved (8214) The issue with the room, the toilet was wobbly when sitting on it, the room was poor and run down. I ordered a breakfast burrito on Monday May 27, 2024, the ingredients felt modified, it was absolutely disgusting, my dog wouldn't even eat it and so I returned. To sum it up, this resort was one of the worst experiences I have ever had
