Ladies annual trip
Clean and comfortable. Quick response to fix broken alarm on door to pool . There was an incident with a poorly constructed cover over the pool pipes that we hope is not an issue for others, as our friend did get hurt. Right on beach and short walk to beach bar. Not a great view of beach from patio because of sand dunes but would stay here again. The 2 queen mattresses upstairs were uncomfortable. Other mattresses very comfortable

Nice, roomy, and modern
We kept wondering why people were taking pictures of this house. Finally, someone told us that this was the house on "Floribama Shore" TV show on MTV. This place is nice and roomy. The only thing I would do differently to this house is the walkway going to the beach. I couldn't take all of the gear to the beach (in one trip) on the wagon because the walkway has stairs, so I had to make three trips. (First-world problems)

The dryer upstairs does not work and the pool needs a skimmer. A second refrigerator would be nice with so many people in the house.

Weekend stay
Had a great time with my closest friends! Great views and great house. Only thing is there was not many necessities like trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper. One of the rooms was very warm. Otherwise it was awesome !

Wonderful home
We completely enjoyed our time at Burnt Bottom. It was clean and comfortable. Having so many bathrooms was an added bonus. We enjoyed the short boardwalk to the beach and the plunge pool!
