That said, when posed with a significant health emergency and reaching out to the hotel via Expedia back 2 months ago to see if we could either be refunded or date changed, the callous hotel management declined our request for assistance. J’adore Paris
The location is excellent in one of the best neighborhoods in Paris. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the accommodations were nice. Rooms in Europe are typically smaller than in the states and this was no exception but very manageable with the closets/storage in the room. Highly recommend for the area and price point. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
